Specialised tooling and equipment is required for heavy mobile equipment maintenance. Storage of this equipment can often be unorganised with poor accessibility, such as the example picture to the right taken from an MEM workshop.
Unorganised workshops can present serious risks to maintenance personnel and at the same time will reduce efficiency.
This has prompted our team to work with maintenance personnel from various sites to design a range of specialised MEM storage containers, with our latest being designed for front strut maintenance.

Solution development:
All tools and other equipment required for front strut maintenance were measured and a CNC shaped foam infill was developed.
The body was put through our engineering and certification process prior to production drawings being finalised. This process ran seamlessly due to the previous tool kit designs that had already been put through engineering.
