One freak hot afternoon of March a valued client phoned in with a problem.
“Can we please have a quote for the attached HP8000 Cone Crusher Guards, total of 4 is required. We need these to be completed and installed in 14 days, I know this is fast, If this isn’t possible, please let us know. Please quote us for the fabrication of all 4 guards and also a second quote just for the rolling of the 40 x 40 x 4mm Duragal SHS.”
This client had to have 4 sets of guards designed and engineered for a shutdown in 2 weeks. The team at Bend-tech bonded and came up with a solution.

We had a quote to the client in 4 hours. Before the PO was raised productions drawings began so we were ready to go with fabrication. Within a day we had production drawings prepared and ready and the PO was raised.
Two days after the initial enquiry production had begun. The following Friday the client was contacted as per our customer experience process with a quick project update and some photos.
As promised, 7 days later we had the job completed!
RESULT
The 4 completed crusher guards were ready for despatch a day and a half early, the customer was over the moon and his deadline was rescued by the Bend-tech team.
