Product Description

3 way safety access system – the inside of the first door is fitted with a rubber lining for noise and vibration reduction. The second door, which is the jail bar door, gives you the ability to view areas of hazard or concern but not freely access it. A dual lock safety system is included at the top and bottom for additional protection. Inside the door frame is a cross bar protection system which is the third and final safety mechanism to prevent any personnel accessing the chute.

Modular design, which means it can be removed very easily and replaced with a new one.

Heavy duty lock and hinges, as well as a thick metal door for impact protection. Hinges are nylon insulated so that the metal doesn’t bind up.

Available off-the-shelf and in different sizes for both single and double door configurations. We can also custom build to any customer specification.

High impact and wear resistant doors are available upon request for use in areas of high impact and abrasion.
